Bell & Ross x Alain Silberstein: an explosive trio

Make way for one of the most beautiful collaborations of this beginning of the year, the kind that puts us in all our states. Remember, we were already talking to you about the duo Louis Erard x Alain Silberstein last year. Today, the Parisian designer is doing it again, this time with Bell Ross with a surprising menu BR 03 trio in ceramic case sold exclusively on Grail Watch !

The essential Alain Silberstein

Parisian designertrained in interior architecture and passionate about watchmaking since (almost) always, Alain Silberstein created his first watch in 1987, we named the Krono Bauhaus. A success that will then push him to launch his eponymous brand, then based in Besançon, and with which he will have fun between 1990 and 2012. But the end of this adventure was not a real farewell to watchmaking, since he signed since several successful collaborationsalways displaying a unique signature, notably with MB&F, Ressence or Louis Erard.

A singular set of needles

The Silberstein touch is rather easy to spot, here as everywhere else. What may seem like madness, in the shapes and colors, does not affect readability in any way. We could even go further by asking ourselves if it does not improve it! THE bright colors and opposite of each of the needles, mixed with their pronounced forms and distinct leaves no room for error while providing unique and impactful artistic touch.

A trio of limited-edition BR 03s

For his first collaboration with Bell & Ross, the artist tackles the BR 03 collection. On the menu: three square black ceramic cases, skilfully blended with a round dial reminiscent of the shape of the on-board instruments. They display generous proportions, 42mm long and wide to bring a remarkable presence to the wrist. We find the BR 03-92 KLUB 22, the simplest of the three since only equipped with hours, minutes, seconds and date functions, displayed at €4,200 and limited to 200 pieces. It is completed by the BR 03- 92 NAVY 22, a diver with a graduated bezel, priced at €5,400 and limited to 100 pieces. Finally, the BR 03-94 KRONO 22 closes the march, also limited to 100 pieces which displays a price of 6,400€. All three are powered by Swiss automatic calibres, Sellita SW300 for the three hands and ETA 2894 for the chronograph. Also note that parts numbered from 1 to 50 will be exclusively sold in a box including the three models at the price of 16,000€.
