SingularityNET developers have made a significant announcement on Twitter regarding a brand new initiative following the recent surge in AI technologies.
The initiative involves launching a staking portal that will enable AGIX token holders to stake their tokens on the Cardano network, not just on the Ethereum (ETH) network. A successful test of the staking platform is expected to lead to a mainnet release in the first quarter.
At the time of writing, SingularityNET (AGIX) has witnessed an increase of over 5% in the last 24 hours, currently hovering around $0.41, as per CoinMarketCap. The token’s partnerships with Cardano and exploration of ways to support its developers using MeTTa, a smart contract development environment, are contributing to its popularity. Additionally, on February 8, Whalestat reported that AGIX was among the top 10 purchased tokens by the 100 biggest ETH whales in just over 24 hours, further cementing its appeal.
